Family Therapy
Healthy family systems build each member up and cultivate a relationship of open and honest communication, healthy boundaries, and respect for all. Conversely, struggling family systems have the potential to make each member’s experience more difficult than it has to be, oftentimes becoming the very situation that maintains mental unwellness or dysfunction. Structural family therapy, combined with emotionally focused therapy give us a great framework for active participation and positive shared experiences that lay the groundwork for each family member to experience life in full bloom.
